Okta has long been a leader in managing the identities of employees, customers and partners. Indeed, in 2015, Gartner named Okta as the Sole Leader in the IDaaS Magic Quadrant. Increasingly, Okta is also being used to manage the identity of products by providing an identity platform to developers. Companies like Adobe and Advent now depend on Okta to embed user provisioning, management and authentication into their products. Okta has developed a robust set of RESTful APIs that expose the underlying functionality of our cloud based identity management system and we are looking for a strong technology and platform oriented leader to help us drive the adoption of these APIs.
As a Developer Evangelist, you’ll be the voice of Okta in helping fast-moving ISVs leveraging the Okta Platform. You will work closely with the Okta Developer Community to drive the successful adoption innovative SDKs and APIs. You will analyze use case patterns, document platform capabilities, write sample apps, develop tutorials and and support the community through Stack Overflow and other channels. You will have the opportunity to bolster your geek creds by representing Okta as a speaker, blogger, and developer at large.
